Default first crashed in USA?

i might be the first crahed 08 in USA... my father took the car out to play golf, and the other car was drunk and crossed the center divider and smashed my father. thank god he's alright. He says we are getting one more because it's one of the fastest safe car he's driven so far....

Holy crap. Glad your father is A-OK. Do you have pics of the car or could you get some at the shop/junk yard? Also, if they'll let you, strip out everything you can if it's totaled like the interior bezels, light assemblies which aren't destroyed or cracked, steering wheel, etc. That way you're "up" after all the insurance b.s. and you have spare parts or $$$ for mods from selling to others.

Gut everything that isn't welded down... wheels, brakes, rotors, cdiff, shifter, knob, side-airbags, upholstery, rearseats, glass, headunit, etc. If you have to total it, total a bent chassis, and part out the rest. Hell, if I was still back in Jersey, I'd work the weekend ripping it apart w/you. Make sure it's nice with the insurance company though.

A drunk driving a 91 Tauras (I didn't know there were any 91 Taurases left)- that guy sounds like a solid citizen. Was he insured?
