Probably because thats usually the age group that are having kids. I dont have kids (well ones that I know of lol) so I dont fall into this group.

42, single, career military here, but I bought my first STi when I was 39, first WRX when I was 36. Could not have afforded an STi prior to that even if they were available. Decision to buy this one had nothing to do with the hatch design. I had traded my '05 for a truck because I do alot of outdoor / off-road stuff and towing. Then I realized that DRIVING FUN was a big priority for me, so I kept the truck, but hello Subaru dealer. When I need a fix I point the STi down the twisitiest roads in the area and it does wonders for my morale.

30 years old here and this is my first Subaru. I bought the STi for one reason. Because it is considered a "wagon" my company pays for it.

Married with kids on the way.
Just brought home my Aspen White 08 STi today.
I'm in the break in period. However, the excitement is invigorating.
