Default Other STi's?

I was at Mitsubishi of Avondale, The Delership there owns a whole line of dealers of almost everything under the sun so right next door is the Subaru Dealership, The Dealer My Girlfriend was talking to was asking I f I was interested in the 08 STi. I said No I don't like it in a hatch back. He then proceeded to tell me that it's not only oferred in a hatch I could get it in a sedan. Now yeah he's a Mitsu Dealer so I just thought he didn't know their inventory, but He said they're merging the dealerships into one building and he has been a Subaru dealer for several years. It got me all thinking about was all the websites and forums wrong. or had they announced a Sedan Lately or for late 08. I checked again online and sure enough he's full of crap.

I'm almost positive there is NOT going to be an STI sedan coming out in '08.

Dealers know nothing. Plain and simple, never believe what they say. They will say and do anything to make a sale.

Thats why you have to do research yourself and just contact the internet sales dept and purchase online. You never have to walk into the dealer, only to sign the papers.

I really love the hatch...I think it has more potential than the sedan in terms of aggressiveness. The hatch just flows so naturally...as opposed to the choppy rear end of the sedan.

I doubt subaru will release a 2dr again anytime soon...at least that is what I want to believe.
