Yes it is. In that image its about 2" over stock.

I would have guessed 1" tops. Even in the pics, it does not appear particularly low. That is about as low as I would want it, though.

We had to raise it about 1" from that location to get those tires to stop rubbing.

With the ride high unchanged from what Cusco has the ride at, it fit fine with stock tires. But it was simply to low. Raised it 1/2" and it was still to low for the Hoosiers. After that we raised it about 1" more to get the Hoosiers to stop rubbing.

bump from the dead..... We had the alki subaru meet with over 120+ subaru's. some guy took these pics.
