i should have taking it to a tint shop... im not very crafty with installs and didn't have a strong enough blow dryer and the corners came out all funked up...

flat surface was easy enough... the corners were a biatch... total of 3 hours of my time and i look like super ricer with the triangles only on the car...

my advice for those who are not crafty to just take it in and have them applied professionally.

got my new corners tints today and will be going to da tint shop tmorrow.

Just got the rears done last night. Still need to do the headlights today and debadge.

These are some interim pics of the 6/10 in direct sunlight. They've darkened a bit overnight but this is for illustration only.

I'll be taking good shots when everything is done and we get a car wash in.

i got the smoke from Harman Motive and am not a big fan.
they we're cut too small and they look brown in the daytime. and brown on a black car isnt good

My red cutouts are in the mail. So does anyone know if tint shops do this on a regular basis? I could try to do it myself. I have done 3m headlight films on my truck but it was a biyatch. I want to go to a pro but hoping they won't be weird about it.

^^^ seriously, finding a place was harder than i thought. i called a hand full of tint places to see what the cost was. i got quotes from as high as $100 to as low as $30. any tint shop with some experience should be able to apply these with no problem, tho they might bittch and moan about how curved adn convex our corner lamps is. but they can do it.

i failed miserablly trying to apply these myself. i only had a house hold hair dryer which was not nearly hot enough for shink wraping the corners. if you have a professional grade heat gun, you can probably do this yourself if you had preveous experience and patience.

so on my second set, i hunted down a tint place and they did it with not much problems at all. if you pay someone, i would say 30-50$ is fair.
