Default wheel/tire gurus... 18x9 +55 275/35/18 - will it fit?

offset calculator says 6MM out and 6MM less clearance on the inside. Surely 6MM won't kill that inside clearance? Thoughts?

You will be VERY close to rubbing the front strut. The rear will be nearly perfect.

This is a 275/35-18 on a 18x8.5 +52

Wow, thanks for answering the 275 - 35 question.

Looks like the 285-35 may work too. Your thoughts waktasz??

It would just really piss off your tire guy getting them mounted

To be honest I don't know. The 285/30 is much shorter so that should help fit, but they are also a good bit wider. I haven't seen my tires on the car in person, I just returned from a business trip last night and my co-driver did all the test fitting and mounting of the 275/35.

Maybe after we burn through our first set we'll try the 285s if we can find anyone we can convince to try to mount them.
