Link works for me.. Just go to the site and type in part # 317-008-022

I'm looking closer at the picture. It shows voltage (USELESS!), and what are the other two gauges? I assume one must be boost and one temperature, but it looks like it must be in bars not psi? I'd also assume the temp is in C? I wonder if they send you the US version..

Does anyone know how to find this out?

6.0 bar of boost?!

from left to right: it shows oil temp in Celsius, oil pressure in bar, and voltage... in volts

For that price you might as well go with Defi gauges. I paid $940 for my pod and all three gauges shipped. I'd rather have an EGT gauge vs a volt gauge.

True, but they don't make a defi pod for the 08s do they? From the view inside, there wont be a pod either, something else probably.

i seem to remember reading in another thread that this unit is tilted towards the right for jdm lhd configurated subarus. im pretty sure the temp is in C and the boost is in Hg not psi.

assuming that another gauge mfr makes the same sized gauges, you can pretty much put together your own gauge set for much less.

I think you guy sare right, not a great purcahse for someone in the states. So, you would have to go with 52mm gauges to fit in a din slot like that, right? I think din is just over 2" tall ~= 52mm. Are there "din pods" available? I ordered a blank from japanparts so I could make my own, but it would be nice to just buy one.

I've pretty much decided now on Defi gauges - not sure what series yet. I'll probably just get the newer linked system with the control unit. I'm still trying to decide between oil pressure and EGT. I know I'll do boost and oil temp (via sandwich adapter). I'm planning on doing only Stage 2 COBB.

give it some time people. these are new and redesigned cars.
it'll take a while before you'll see new parts popping up.

before you know it, you'll have so many choices that you won't know which one to get

The way I look at it, after I get my Pro-tune in less than a week, I won't NEED guages, although it would be nice to keep an eye on things. Right now, I'm just a little paranoid of boost creep but I'll feel MUCH better after the Pro-tune. When taking the cost of guages into account, I'm really paying about $150 more for the Pro-tune. Not bad when you figure I get some extra power out of the deal.

I guess it depends upon where you'd like to mount them. There are many aftermarket manufacturers of gauge pods that the Defi's will fit into. If I had an '08 I'd mount them on the dash still and have them all in single pods and tilted towards the driver more than the '04-'07 set ups that replace the clocks. I'm more into function than looks though.

I'd want to mount it in a single din slot like the picture at the top of this page.

Oh, I know, I'm just saying, currently there is no defi pod.

I like mounting them above the cluster but I don't care for the look of the housings Subaru is offering. If they blended with the curve of the dash better I'd go for a boost and oil pressure.

I have one of those Defi gauge packs. Ordered it from Subarupartsforyou.com if I remember correctly. Paid $615 plus shipping (I think it was on sale). Part is described as a Legacy STi Performance Gauge Pack (its even got a nice STi Logo in the corner, heres a pic of it in my old RSTi (notice, because it is for USDM cars, the gauges are actually pointed towards the left side of the car a little bit, not the right):

I am putting it above my headunit in the STi next week. Great gauges, do the opening sweep and all, very accurate. They backlight white with red pins (matches the Leggy GT). If all of my dash lights were red, then it would bother me, but for now, I think it will look great. I will post pics once they are in.
