Good luck with that bro! I don't think you will ever touch one at the invoice price.

Ever notice the wornout scuffs on the pant knees of the Mits Sales team?

It's from all the begging and pleading for sales

Yeah, the beautiful looking 08's are selling so well these days with $103 barrel oil, and the status of our great ecomony! Their are a few around my parts and all of them have a MSRP of 38+++. At that price they will be collecting a lot of dust in the showroom for months to come.

You should be able to at least order one at invoice. I had three dealerships in Oregon offer invoice within 30 minutes of phone calls. I paid invoice for mine.

I paid 500+invoice...I just presented the offer and the internet salesperson said can do. Just call around and make your offer and see what they say. Use the phone & internet as your ally, and don't be afraid to mention that you WILL travel for the best deal to help with your leverage. I don't know about SLC but in L.A., Subaru of Sherman Oaks (in the Valley of Spicoli fame) gave me $500 over invoice and a contact at Sierra Subaru in Monrovia (near Pasadena) also said they are willing to deal, which to me is code for very near invoice.

Good luck.

I live in Northern CA and I am finding dealers offering me invoice from the get go. I would have already purchased but they are giving low,low KBB on my trade and I refuse to give the car away. I will sell the car privately and then go back and pay cash. You can get invoice, one trick is do internet shopping, invoice is pretty much where they start. Good Luck.

Not sure if you can get LHM or Nate Wade or even Mark Miller to do invoice. It might be worth a shot but I know LHM was asking more than invoice. Wacko's

Off another dealer's lot...it was a dealer swap since they didn't have the car I wanted. I figure if they're willing to do a swap, then they would do it for an order as well.
