i paid below invoice on my 08 bbs/nav at Gillman subaru of north houston tx....call and ask for Isaac the General Manager. he will hook you up even if your out of state. theres like 5 or 6 STI's there. 281-630-5490

I'm from sullivan county NY thats why my name is mausny but i live in TX now and thats where i got the deal and the car. I think after shipping you would pay the same, but he is the manager and thats his personal cell number. just call him and ask him what to do.. he is cool and helps all my friends out down here. He might be able to call the dealer up there by you and hook you up....good luck man

I'm not going to buy an STI until I can get one for $2000 UNDER dealer invoice.

If many STI's are sitting on dealers lots then Subaru will have incentives. If this occurs then many people will be getting under invoice deals.

With Americas economy right now, housing prices dropping, with foreclosures sky rocketing, gas prices at an all time high reached the $4.00/gal mark. No wonder people aren't buying this car.

I'm waiting it out. I can almost guarantee people will get thousands under invoice soon. Its just a waiting game.

I'm surprised to see this, even in SoCal. I would think the STi would sell under invoice in the midwest or some place where ppl aren't really into Subarus/imports, but not in SoCal, home of so much rice/racer wannabes. That's promising though, cuz a 08 STi w/BBS (if they're still in business) for 2k under invoice (so 35k instead of the 37k) sounds WWAAAAYY better.

Ordered my white BBS + Nav + Homelink mirror and some other odds and ends for $37,862 + TTL on the 16th of February and dealer called today to let me know it's being delivered in 2 weeks. Guess that means I should probably order my AccessPort now.

shop around.. deals can be had... i found a few dealerships below invoice in so cal just by doing some shopping..
