Germany favors reorganization under bankruptcy alothough the codes may be differnt most countries are now in favor of the reorganization rather then liquidating all the assests and moving on.

Yes, I did notice that. I was just relaying the information. The strange part is that my dealership seemed to confirm that there was indeed an issue but that my order wouldn't be affected. I'm starting to wonder if this isn't related to bankruptcy but another issue with BBS.

i'm pretty sure that everything is possible. you should be able to order every part separately using it's part number. if that's going to work out cheaper than going for the "optional deal" is another question.

I talked to my dealership today and got the real story. Apparently BBS is either (a) having trouble keeping up with the demand or (b) just won't make enough wheels for Subaru.
