08 invoices for EVO X GSR & 08' STI + sportback?

The base for these cars at invoice is:

EVO X GSR - just over 31k
08' STI - Just over 33k

IS the sportback version of the EVO a hatch? Is it available yet? Sorry for all the EVO questions. I am comparing.

Yes. The invoice on the base STI is 33,010 + dest.

The sportback version of the evo is not out yet, Geneva auto show i think it will bow. I highly doubt we will even get the sportback in the USA, plus, i think it only comes in the same tune as the lancer rallyart, about 230bhp. There is no info of a evo version.

^^ the ralliart engine definetly isnt bad but as you said it doesnt matter because were not getting it.

I think its 50/50 the sportback will come out. Last time the EVO came in wagon form, it never came here, true. However now with the STi coming in hatch/wagon form they may indeed bring the sportback so the guys looking at the STi could more easily crosshop with Mitsubishi (as the EVO now has like a 1/4 of the trunk space).

I agree 100%! Thou i know this is a subi forum, i actually am hoping that the mistsu hatch will come to NA. If anything, it will force subi to keep updating the STI because they have a direct competitor.
We'll have to cross our fingers.
