Next Fast/Furious movie to feature 2008 STI (spy pics inside) - Page 5

I don't think this movie will really have that kind of effect. You guys are blowing this way out of proportion. Besides, how many 17 yr old kids/ricers watching this movie will have the kind of money to buy an STi? Besides, the car will have a huge kit, zany graphics, and probably some neon lights since they are the main ingredients for the last couple of F&F movies. How many of you are going to do that? Especially zany graphics? LOL Like someone else said before me, I don't think anyone will really take this movie very seriously. The only way insurance rates will rise is if STi owners start driving like idiots all time. The way I see it, it will be cool to finally see a scoobie in a movie.

True, but they will have their crappy fart-can civics, and will likely rev on the "F&F STI" every time they happen across one on the streets, trying to get a 'kill' so they can brag online. That could get real old, real fast.

I'll probalby have to end up seeing this movie. All my friends who know I drive the STI would expect nothign less...they'd probalby take me and then make fun of the lameness. LOL. I used to be able to say that the Subaru never appeared in any movie. But now I can't. Heh.
I'd like to see Vin Diesel make an appearance and offer some of his sagely advice on street racing.

Some of his past gems include:

"Granny shiftin' not double clutchin' like you should..."
"It don't matter if you win by an inch or a mile."

LOL, what the hell does narc'd mean?
What the hell is wrong with granny shifting? LOL, I don't think you were supposed to double clutch on a Supra.

Someone made a de-motivational style poster showing Vin Diesel with his arms crossed and the title underneath read "Quartermile: Live it one at a time." I need to find taht again, funnny sh*t.
