Motortrend completed a thorough review of the Cobb Tuning 2008 STi. A similar article is supposed to go to print, regardless they have hosted a version of the review online as well. This review has some great pictures as well.

Hmmmm Shall I keep my 06 (paid for) and do all the stuff to make it go faster or secumb to my temptation and purchase a brand new STI. Is the new one worth the bucks. Just bought my wife a new Forrester today and sat in the new STI. Yes it is pretty but ..... my 06 looks meaner. So what is the deal ... is the new one worth the bucks?????

To many that have switched, it is...

I haven't seen anybody that's switched to an '08 and NOT been more satisfied. It just offers much more, and seems to be more suited for daily use, while being as much, or more fun.

Well I picked up an 08 STI today. I only have 33 miles on it but it is a very different beast. Much more refined. The wheel feels thinner and not so heavy and the clutch is very light. S# seems to be closest to my 06 and I am looking forward to some tweeks on this one.

Thanks Kevin I needed that. I guess I have been whining as of late. Drove the car today and loved it again. I guess the stock tune here in Florida is more prone to variances in performance.
