| Junior STI Driver | One of the things I like about the hatch design. When the seats are down it looks like a nice flat even surface with good space. Theres two things in my mind that besides hauling stuff and fitting ski's in there that is great about that. 1. You can make babies or at least practice back there. 2. If you have found that you have consumed to much alcohol or other mind altering molecules you can hide your keys in the bushes and crash in the back. Ive slept in my Forestor a few times. This is probably most appealing to younger drivers but an advantage in my mind. This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

IWSTI Addict since: Jul 2006 Trader Rating: (0) | As much as I hated the Hatch before and said that I would never get one... I am starting to see the advantages of the hatch. Also, it was a very marginal victory convincing the wife my 06 STI was a "family" car! However, she has said that she would "way more approve" of the new STI because it's a hatch.... That's the only thing that has me thinking! Wife approval is 99% of the battle when you are married! lol However, I'll have to drive one and maybe wait until the 09's come out as it usually is never a good idea to buy the first year of a major makeover! There are some shots floating around with all the pics out there of it. Its real flat when the seats are down. or at least it appears that way in the pic. It appears even flatter then when the seats are down in my forrestor for example. | |
