Nice job, but for a father of one and another on the way, getting the kiddies in their car seats is a lot easier with four doors... Just got back from Germany and had an A3 2.0TDI, 2 door, and it was a pain having to readjust my seat everytime I put my son in the car, plus crawling back there to get him strapped in! But for you younger, childless, guys that would be hot! Keep in mind, those two extra doors save you a little on car insurance!

V. nice, my only suggestion would be a slightly more sloped rear roofline to ditch the 4 door look and provide a more distinctive 2 door profile.... if Subaru want more sales maybe they see room for three models... 2 and 4 door hatch, and 4 door sedan.

The other argument is the WRC competition - would a 2 door be more competitive than the 4 door hatch? We'll soon see how well Subaru do in 2008 WRC with the new model.

The four doors are typically stronger than the two doors. I need a 4dr since I'll be starting a family next year.

It's really not economical for Subaru to build a 2dr and a 4dr.

That is really nice. I wish subaru would cue us in on what kind of brakes the new STi has. They've been keeping it close to their chest. Good thing? bad thing?
