i wonder two things... the offset of the multispoke 18's... and i wonder how much rubber we'll be able to get under those fender on a good aftermarket wheel.. as in my 18x9/+45..

I wish I could transfer that interior to my car Looks nice but I think I'll keep 07. I still don't get the fascination with hatchbacks. They should have made it a coupe!! Then I would have traded my 07 in a heartbeat

The interior is nice, but I really dig the blue/black...to me it's just so STI. Also, i'm not part of the hatch back crowd (which I might add, is rapidly growing like Clostridium difficile).

That picture of the white STI from the front looks good. That's becuase I can't see the rear

The side vents which are functional is awesome.

The new side STI logo is nice. I'll have to steal one and put it on my car....nah..

Wheel choices look good, although the 5 spoke looks like it was taken from the RX-8 or Mazda 3.

It seems like a lot of people had a change of heart. Before i officially joined, I remember looking at this board when those first photoshop "artist" renditions of what an '08 STi would look like came out (which i might add is very close to how it ended up being) and people were throwing a ****fit. Everyone was screaming that the car is fugly. Now it has about 70% approval.

I personally strongly dislike the new styling and i dont think it will ever grow on me. Having said that, i will most likely be getting it when my current '06 STi lease is up. Why, you would ask. I just have a hard time picturing myself in anything else other than an STi. I am sure a lot of you feel the same way. What really gets me though, is that ANY company should be lucky to have such a strong fan base as us. In my opinion, as a result, such a company should be at least somewhat accommodating to its true fans. And what do we get? A watered down Mazda 3 wagon... Thanks FHI!

The pics look sweet. I have an 06 WRB STi. I would have bought a wrx wagon if it came in the STi trim. The wagon/hatch is alot easier to put my wheel chair in then the 06 sti is. BUt I still manage it. One thing about the tach. He said the 8k is JDM and the 7k one might be the U.S model. Thats not so cause the speedo is in Klics.(kPH) I bet that must be a european model. Or the 8k could be the spec C (RA-R) Model.
I like the split spoke wheels as well. Also the dark grey is in, next to WRB of course. I won't upgrade unless it has atleast 320 Hp 320 Lb.Tq. No mater how easy it is to get the wheel chair in/out.
We will see soon enough though. Thanks for posting the pics. Thanks jeff

I like all the color options, but I dont think a subie STI should be any other color than wrb.

Interior is very nice but the exterior needs some modifications yet...it is a big step up from the WRX.

<----Still holding breath for a Legacy STI to come state side

3241lbs. I was hoping for 3200lbs, but that's not too far off. I suspect this car will be faster than the Evo and previous STI at just about everything.
