IWSTI Addict since: Feb 2007 | If you do not mind me asking where did you get the flex sections at for your header? I am a sheetmetal worker by trade (actually and apprentice so still in the school) but during our school years we have year end projects. This year I am doing a pneumatic dirtbike lift and next year I plan on building a header for my 07. I know where to get all the tubing but not sure were to get the flex sections at. IWSTI Addict since: Dec 2005 | UPDATE! Project is at a stand still for now because my land lord thinks that welding is not a good thing to be doing at his house so I have to find a spot to finish up some stuff. Should be able to go to grimmspeeds new show witch happens to be a couple of blocks form me to weld so that might work out nice. Parts keep rolling in and stacking up. Still waiting on all the electronic stuff like the hydra, hydramist, e-boost controller, deffis, and some clips for the wiring harness. This is what my office is looking like these days: Hears the 1600cc injectors: Hears the heat mat for the bumper and alum box as well as the exhaust wrap and spay: Clutch masters stage 5 clutch and act prolight fly wheel: Pulleys, radiator hoses, and the end of a sparco harrness bar: Now out in the garage it’s looking nice and clean because it was a hot 85 degrees last weekend so I was able to pull the whip out and wash it and clean up the place. hears the new ebay front lip that I got for $185 shipped that fits and looks vary good for the $$. A can of spray paint on it and looks as good as gold. Parts all ready to be sent out to be coated: All the parts that I need to do a little welding on: and last all the little bits like the waste gates, cutouts, nuts and bolts, gaskets, ect are all stashed hear or in the rafters for now: And for all you that have been wondering hear is a peek at the whole list: 1. 2.65 closed deck and sleeved block 2.
