Is anyone useing the HKS GT3040 turbo...Or does anyone have any experince of it...

There are several cases of these turbos working well on the Subaru EJ motors.

Yes, i am from sweden and drive a imported sti from the stats, because compared to the swedish one my is bit diffrent the turbo and the block etc etc..

Yes i have been doing some searching but cant find that much info....

I would imagine that turbo is a variant of the Garret GT30R, look into companies like perrin or ultimate racing for kits. I think you'll even find them on eBay.

I do have great info about it:

HKS GT3040 - 500 PS Output

COMPRESSOR:
Wheel- 50 Trim - 58.0 Inducer / 82.0 Major
Housing- 100 Inlet / 60 Outlet - 0.60 A/R
TURBINE:
Wheel- 84 Trim - 60.0 Major / 55.0 Exducer
Housing- GT25 inlet / External GT30 outlet; 0.61, 0.73, 0.87, 1.01, 1.12 A/R

but isn't anyone out there that has one or heard something about it..

Here in Turkey , we have got an Evo 8 with HKS GT3240 and car made 720 flywheel hp on pump gas @ 1.9 bar.

GT3040 is used by Roger Clark Motorsport's STI which have 700 flywheel hp
