Default hose question

what are th hoses that are connected to the TMIC? the metal one. can they be replaced with rubber hoses instead of metal?

I assume that you mean the "Y" pipe under the intercooler? No, it is a ridged piece for a reason. The hose that comes off of it can be replaced by many aftermarket versions so you can change colors....

The hoses that are connected to the TMIC are the breather lines for the valve covers. You can replace them with a rubber hose if you wanted to.

yea you take off the stock, metal breather tube that bolts to the tmic..you simply replace with a new long hose and get a tee fitting for the left side.

yea im talking about the black metal lines that are by the trottle body do i have to replace them with a FMIC setup? or i can make a custom bracket that holds it up?

im pretty sure those crankcase breather lines can be replaced with rubber...since many aftermarket blow off valves send a rubber line to make room for the flange of the new bov...

just replace it...the metal bracket and metal tube will just be in the way of the fmic piping.
