Just a marketing ploy to catch people's eye. With every mod imaginable on the stock turbo including methi injection and the whole nine yards, it still wouldn't reach that number. If it did, it sure wouldn't last long.

Im willing to bet that it is "possible". Think about this. how much powere could they make out of a N/A STi motor? With high compression and re-worked heads, huge cams, i bet around 300 whp isnt that far off. Then take away a little compression and add a turbo and new EM. You dont think that engine could make another 150 hp with low boost? Then you'd have an STi that Revs happily(or violently) all the way to 9,000 Rpm at like 10 psi....lolness.

Just figured Id argue that is is "possible" but not in the way that the advertisement said it was.

Hey the Flux Capacitor and the Oscilation Overthruster are my favorite mods!! They're 198754.228 times better than "The Nawz". Seriuosly though I've never seen any real numbers near that from anyone who said the car made it home from the dyno shop afterwards.

^^^ Yeah some guy at a local speed shop(who says he has the only turboed Mitsu Rallyart Lancer in the country ) just told me that if I wanted to kill any of the local ricers all I need to do is just add a manual boost controller and crank up the boost on the stock turbo to 35psi. He said he's done it on a lot of STIs here. So far I've only seen three of them and one is mine. I'm not running 35 psi and I assume the others aren't either because they're still running. Not to mention the nearest Subie dealer is five hours away. Oh yeah and he said that cranking up the boost to 35psi was useless if I didn't get a Greddy Type-R BOV. Gee what was I thinking all this time listening to all of the "experts" here.
