3K gets you a nice chunk of power mods. Here's what I would do.

FP 20g (internal gate, stock inlet) 1K
perrin modified injectors 650
K&N cai 200
perrin crank pulley 100
B&B catless dp 300
Exhaust cut out welded onto dp 200
cobb accessport 645
protune 3-500
grand total 3395 -3595

should easily net you 330-350hp and about 80-100 over stock.

maybe colder plugs but a fuel pump is not needed.
