Default Downpipe question

I found a cobb 3 inch downpipe for a wrx for 200 bucks, was wondering if the the wrx downpipe was the same as the sti one. I couldnt find a product number or anything so i was just wondering if i should get it, no point if it doesnt fit my car. Says it fits 04 wrx. On another note, if i buy a downpipe and a catback exhust would that be basicly a turbo back?

Thanks. Daniel

The downpipe is the same for both a WRX and an STi.

Downpipe + Catback = Turboback exhaust.
