IWSTI Addict since: Sep 2005 Trader Rating: (0) | ok so i had this exhaust installed for about 2 months. When it was installed the Ti tip was about a good 3 inches away from the curve from the OEM bumper. I thought this was normal because i knew it was going to be angle tip for the street look. Later i see 05s with the HKS carbon ti and their Ti tip sits perfectly under the exhaust curve. I had this installed at a junkyard exhaust guy. I was watching him while he was doing it and it seemed like everything fit correctly. My question is if the exhaust is different for the 06s as opposed to the 04-05s? Did my guy efff up on the install? Is the HKS Carbon Ti suppose to fit this way (super angled look)? If it is meant this way would it be possible to weld it to fit under the exhaust curve? Thanks! Ill post pics up when the sun comes up. This ad is not endorsed by this member. Please register or login to hide this ad. |

IWSTI Addict since: Sep 2005 Trader Rating: (0) | wait i dont get it... exhaust hangers are just hangers. Adding hangers doest not simply change the angle of the exhaust tip. For example hks carbon ti, if i remove my hangers it would still look the same as it were if i didnt remove them. They would just hang more loosely. |

| Professional STI Driver | That invidia is loud ... i wonder how loud it is inside the car. I have the HKS Hi Power on my 05 - fits great and sounds great. Not too loud when you don't get on it and just the right sound when you do get on it. Thank God I got rid of my JIC 505S |
