HELP!: 06 sti => invidia race catback

I just purchased a used invidia race catback on the way... 02-05 wrx/sti

the guy said that I need to purchase Invidia DP to fit it on the 06???

I go, what?!

is it true?

Dude dont worry about it, It will fit. He might have said something like - You`ll make power gains if you pair the catback with a downpipe.

ok. whew that's a relief. I knew for sure it was going to fit, but he said it WON'T fit....

that's weird.

^^ Probably so you would buy the downpipe and midpipe from him as well.

Thanks for that pic, I have been thinking about getting this exaust for my 06 and wondered if the diffuser would be in the way and need to be trimmed.

SVT might be right,stay away from this guy. It was a perfect fit and nothing was trimmed and you`re welcome.

somehow he drives an sti... I got his phone # and his site obviously... so I hope his exhaust is in fine shape like he says it is..
