Well we were taking our time and it took us about 5 hours. It can definitly be done much faster. I think now that I've gone through the whole process I could do it in 3 hours. Like I said we weren't going for a speed record, just wanted to make sure it was done right and enjoy ourselves in the process. I would try to get a buddy to help you if you can. i really see no point in removing the intercooler. i have big hands and i got every bolt off with no problem or hassle. yeah it will free up room but is just a waste of time.

i did it with a friend took 2 hours... however.. put PB on the night before.. and dont be conservative with it. .. you will need a breaker bar.. i actually had to break out my firemans saw and saw off the bolts.. once the old one is off it is a walk in the park.. like most mods, getting the stocker off is the hard part.

I have a lift and professional mechanic at my disposal (I work at a dealership) and am hoping to have my DP knocked out inside an hour. We'll see. Thanks for all the tips guys .
