It seems there has been talk in the past about the bogus claims they were making. Do a search on the name here and on NASIOC and you should find plenty enough info.

I think the intent of the responses you got was that they are not "up to snuff". The other site has many bad things to say which would most likely dissuade you from doing business with them.
