Default Question about Oil Temp Gauge

I have the Defi BF's (not Imperials) and I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the oil temp should be at BEFORE getting into boost.

Example: Starting and driving car in morning when engine is fully cooled down.

At full warmup, mine seems to hover between 90 and 105 celsius, but that also takes about 20 minutes to get to full temp. What's acceptable and safe?

Thanky.
