Default Difference between cusco and cobb heat shield

I have a bellmouth turbo xs dp and am looking to buy a heat shield. I don't want to cut my factory option. I was wondering if there was a difference between the two parts. Additionally would the cobb work with my dp or only with the cobb based on the size? Cobb unit is much cheaper, any input appreciated.

Those tend to break at the mounting tabs after a while.

if you have the TXS dp, then get cusco...they designed the heatshield so it WOULD fit over the huge txs mouth.

Here is another question related to the Cusco heatshield... I just installed a Turboxs TBE and bought a Cusco heatshiled to replace the factory piece which no longer fits. The Cusco heatshield came with instructions in Japanese and a couple of pictures that are so grainy that they are usless.

Can someone provide a little guidance on how this goes on? It looks like it bolts to the bottom of the intercooler, but i'm not certain.

Thanks.
