IWSTI Addict since: Aug 2003 Trader Rating: (2) | i'd keep out of the thermostat deal, but the caps shouldn't hurt. Maybe an upgraded radiator would help too? From what I have heard and what I have read, thermostats aren't a good idea as they keep the engine "too cold" or out of its "operating temperature range" for lack of a better word/term. This is one of the only mods I haven't tried yet, so I honestly am not sure. I do just know that is what I've read/been told, although I am sure crucial has done testing and what not on this stuff, so I would ask them as well. Robert~ |

IWSTI Addict since: May 2005 Trader Rating: (4) | There are some really good threads over on Nabisco. Do a search on thermostats in the 2.5 powertrain forum. They probably will not help you with your decision, but they have good information on the pros and cons. http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...ght=thermostat Mike This ad is not endorsed by this member.
