Just an update, got an ETC TMIC to go along with my FP Blue (might go dom down the road). Tuner suggested unless I really start pushing a built block or go rotated a FMIC isn't needed and would just add unneeded complications.

I honestly think that if im spending money im going to go with something i would still be using down the road.

An fmic goes a long way. I came from and vf39 to vf48 to 18g to dom 1.5 xtr and now am at a gtx3576r gen 2. And all i can say is that lag is over rated. And the larger intercooler core does wonders at higher pressure ratios as well as breathing down low off boost.

The efficiency of the fmic with the larger core does well to transfer heat in any circumstance where as with the top mount you are size restricted.

Lastly i find that if there is anything to be done under that hood the stupid tmic gets in the way ALL of the time. But if that is what your tuner suggests then i guess that would be the route you would go.

Theres no real complications other than cutting a bumper because ets makes an awesome kit. I use their 3.5 inch core and the lag is minimal. You Def dont really feel it at 4k and above where you should be really using that turbo. I prefer lower charge temps. 👍
