My thoughts exactly, I believe you can get a radiator cap test kit from autozone, they should hold pressure to 1 or 1.3 bar. Just in case you didn't want to spend the $45 dollars first.

ive read a thread about a similar problem of course i forgot where i read it but it also says that the oem head bolts heat up and stretch while boostin and let air in the coolant passages resulting in the coolant being pushed outta the reservoir ill keep this updated as i go along to help anyone having the same problem actually seems common

It's not air, it's exhaust gasses.

When was the last time you changed the thermostat? If the jiggle valve is not clocked at the 12 o'clock position the system will become over pressurized. Just a idea but it does sound like the HG.

For most people that I recommend this fix action, I assume you're not building some massive dyno power number, I always say:

- OEM head gaskets
- Have the heads skimmed (clean the block surface yourself, carefully)
- ARP head studs
- Put back together properly.

- Generally worth replacing the timing belt, tensioner/idlers, water pump, etc while it's all out.
