I had moved my engine harness cabling out of the way when I installed Crawford's AOS, so have the entire passenger side strut tower free, but it looks like I'd have to fab up a plate to join both catch cans together.

Planning for the future...just in case.
The passenger side strut tower is most common, in the area you mentioned. The kit comes with mounting brackets for the cans.

I haven't read through all 50+ pages so I apologize if this has been addressed already but after how much use do the PCV valves typically begin to fail? Are they able to be replaced without removing the header? Great thread!

The PCV valve is part of a T-connector that comes off the crankcase breather by the turbo. It is very easy to replace if you take the intercooler off and throttle body (4 bolts).

Here is what it looks like with the T-connector:

You can usually tell one is on the way out by shaking it. It should rattle freely. I replaced mine when I installed my Grimmspeed AOS and it wasn't rattling very much:

In the interest of being reasonable. Theres no way to really tell how it was installed prior to the disassembly for the photo. But I understand what your trying to say. Youre just making an observation of the photo.

There is a "recall/ service" bulletin for PCV valves that relocates it here in Canada. I'm not sure if its replaced at teh same time.

Check to see if you're car is included. Has something to do with them freezing at very cold temps.
