Ok well my focus now is on gettin an Up and down pipe. I live in NC so im guessin the rules apply what comes on the car must stay on the car well i want to run no cats at all. Will i need to buy seperate pipes for running no cats, and will it be easy to put the cats back if i just run a straight 3" pipe all way back? Also im having a hard time deciding between the APS and Helix what would best suit my car and give me the hp gain? Thanks again in advance sorry for the stupid question.

Stock uppipe has no cat, so you're good there. As for the downpipe... you can either rig it to look like the stock downpipe (buy putting catcovers on it) or you can just use high flow cats. Either way is still illegal (as you usually are required to use BOTH FACTORY cats). If you just did a straight catless downpipe (replaces both cats) you could just swap them out if need be, although you're pretty toast if you get pulled over as you can smell that its catless. I'd recommend the helix as its a full bellmouth and super cheap. They even have a generation 3 model now that has a wideband bung. APS I heard had a divider that didn't fit or something and had to be dremmeled down? *someone check that for me please*

Good luck!

Robert~
