| Junior STI Driver Feedback Score: 0 reviews | The EWG springs are rated @ a boost pressure typically (e.g. 10PSI spring, 14psi spring, etc). You will not be able to run less boost than the EWG spring rating. Pick an EWG spring rate as close to the minimum boost pressure you run as you can. In theory, this minimizes your spoolup times by holding the wastegate shut until the boost target is reached better than a lower rated spring would. |

IWSTI Addict since: Sep 2006 | Anyone able to fit an EWG with the APS TBE? I've been looking down the DP and it looks like there is very little room due to the large flanges. |

| Professional STI Racer Feedback Score: 2 reviews | How much value is retained by going EWG but plumbing the dump tube back into a catted downpipe? Is it still worth it? Is it better to plumb it in after the cat? |

IWSTI Addict since: Apr 2007 | I really like the idea of an EWG with a catted DP, plumbed back in post-cat. You get the clear conscience of a catted exhaust 90% of the time, with some catless flow advantages just when you need it. Seems like a good match to me... Haven't seen any cars set up that way but it appears possible, if there's enough room. Depending how the UP & EWG are done, it can get kinda tight in there. |

IWSTI Addict since: Mar 2008 | Well, after actually viewing the video, it looked like the GTO was racing. I have no idea why it got walked on so bad. Well, it did sound like the STi got the punch on him. Still, that STi sounded pretty nice. |
