Fact2= My shop won't install ur because of the poor quality. I can easily say one of the best performance shops there is.

Have you even used ur ewg upipe before or are you just totally full of it?

Your post is stupid pal. Look at why I posted and look at why YOU posted. You aren't trying to help anyone, I am. So eat a ****

Have you ever even used a grimmspeed product?
The UR Up Pipe w/ EWG is indeed a TIGHT squeeze. But, I managed to get mine on in about 45 mins of wrenching and adjusting .

I don't like to be an asshole, but I know how it fits. I'm trying to help the guy get a quality piece so he can have something he enjoys, especially when it's at a great price. I know how bad it sucks to get ****ty fitting parts, and there is just no excuse for it in a market as large as sti.

Frankly I have no allegiance to the after market companies I'm just trying to help this guy buy the best part he can.

You'll pass smog with the right tune but won't pass a visual inspection

You'll need a bracket to hold the IWG shut, an up pipe with a flange to put on an EWG, an EWG, a dump tube and probably a 3 port boost solenoid to be safe. And don't forget a tune

Are there uppipes available to accept an external wastegate, or do you have to get one cut/modified?

Because the UR UP has ****ty fitment doesn't mean that the Grimmspeed is the *best* UP ever made. There are plenty of other choices out there as well. I have owned a UR UP, but it never even made it on my car. Grimmspeed does generally make decent products. But your the dip**** for saying it is "the best ewg upipe" (straight quote from your post) just because the UR is a POS. My post was actually way more pertinent than yours by inferring the obvious fact that there are plenty of other EWG UPs in existence, and plenty of them that have already been on the market and tested by plenty of other people. So your genius post is to tell the OP to try an unproven UP that's "the best" simply because one other POS UP made by UR is a poor fit.

****ty fitment? Yes, the UR up pipe has ****ty fitment. But, it doesn't leak nor have I had any problems with it since I installed it. If it's as bad as you say it is, I would have just said "Avoid it like the plague". In your posts, it sounds like you had Macgyver rig you up an up pipe with tin foil, gum, and a tooth pick and called it 'Ultimate Racing's Up Pipe'.

I was stretched on time, so I didn't have many solutions for an up pipe that would fit my 44mm tial EWG. The choices were Ultimate Racing or Slowboy I chose the company that had a very big success with their rotated setups instead of Slowboy. As for being an asshole, no sweat off my sack pal.

Like whats a good brand ewg uppipe people can use?

I specifically mentioned UR in my original post. You backed up the ur uppipe and now you say it has a bad fit? Jeez kinda back and forth here. Order a grimmspeed upipe and tell me what you think.
