37,600 miles
My stock battery lasted 2.5 years for 37.5k miles before I noticed slightly longer crank times. I took it by Autozone to test it and it came up "bad".
Time to upgrade.
I'd heard more good things about the Odyssey than the Braille so I called our local battery store in Jacksonville (Sunn Battery) and picked up the PC680 and the posts for under $120. I've heard these batteries can last 6-8 years and with a weight savings of 10lbs or so I figured I'd give it a try.
It is much smaller than the stock battery. I purchased 2 spacers at Lowes (Hillman 1/4 x 3/8 x 1 steel spacers) so that I could retain the stock tie down configuration in case I ever need to slap in a regular sized battery again.
You can see the spacer on the back tie down:
Be sure to use a bit of loctite when installing the posts as directed. If the posts loosen up the battery will go dead....right Joe?

Use a 5mm hex to install the posts nice and snug.
Look at all the room in front of the battery!
Looks like a good place for the catch cans to me....
