Been months since I updated... here's a quicky since funds recently got really right.
I have 2 little updates to the whip... both are camera phone pictures...
First off I switched to red tail lights to add to the stealth factor:
Second I got an iPod cradle with a passthrough dock connector so I can watch video and listen to music from my iPod through my nav unit:
The beauty of the iPod adapter is that it just plugs into my cigarette lighter and holds the iPod. The cable that goes into the nav is coming out of where the AUX input plate used to be from my stock head unit. If I want to take it out of the car I just take the dock out and stuff the cable inside the hole there and close the cover.
Little things I guess...
