Here's pics of where I stand right now...
You can't really tell from the pics, but I had to shave about 1/8th of an inch off of either side of the muffler cutout for clearance. I'm waiting for my pops to come home and give me a hand so I can drill into the bumper for the rivets and into the spare tire well for the bracket.
The most difficult part so far has been figuring out how much of the bumper to chop off. I'm going off the pictures in the Kansai instructions, since they are written in Japanese.
